What you can request
Where applicable, you may ask to be informed, access personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or suspend processing, object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, opt out of qualifying targeted advertising or sharing, appeal an applicable U.S. state request decision, or ask how to complain to a competent authority.
Rights depend on your location, the law, and the processing involved. They can be subject to identity verification and statutory exceptions.
How to submit a request
- Email info@estelagames.com with the subject Privacy Request — [Product] — [Right].
- State the product, your country and—if relevant—U.S. state, your preferred language, and the right you want to exercise.
- Provide the email address, name, or alias you previously used only if needed to locate a communication. A product without an account or developer-controlled cloud service may have no remotely identifiable gameplay record.
- Describe the relevant interaction and approximate date. Do not send a password, payment data, official identity document, or unrelated sensitive information unless specifically and lawfully requested for verification.
Verification and response
Verification is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the request and the sensitivity of the record. If Estela Games cannot verify that a record relates to you, or if no related record is held, you will be told.
Requests are answered within the period required by applicable law. KVKK applications are generally answered no later than 30 days; EU and UK access requests are generally handled within one month, subject to lawful extensions. Other jurisdictions use their statutory periods.
Local save limitation: Where a product stores progress only on the device and has no account or developer-controlled cloud service, Estela Games normally cannot locate or delete that progress remotely. Use the device controls or an available in-product reset.
Advertising choices
In an advertising-enabled product, use the applicable Privacy Preferences entry point to revisit AdMob/UMP choices where required. You may also reset or delete the Android advertising ID in Android settings.
For a U.S. state opt-out request concerning qualifying advertising sharing or targeted advertising, use the in-game choice first and email info@estelagames.com if you need assistance. Personal information is not sold for money.
